Operations and Customer Service Executive

• Salary: $2300 - $3200
• Location : Tampines East
• Working Days : 5 days (Friday & Saturday off)
• Working hours Monday - Thursday 12pm - 9.30pm | Sunday 830am - 7pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Excellence: Be the welcoming face of our studio, greeting students and parents, assisting with inquiries, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining student records, and ensuring the studio's efficient daily operation.
• Sales Assistance: Assist in sales activities by providing information to prospective students and parents, supporting enrollment, and promoting our offerings.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally and with a smile.
• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives, such as coordinating campaigns, assisting with social media, and helping to organize events.

Job Requirements

• With relevant experience in music school is an added advantage
• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn relevant software.

• Prepare cutlery and distribute food to the students
• Take out the trash, keep the rubbish bin area clean
