Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Be a central point of contact for the business operations manager and employees, delivering customised and forward looking solutions, programs and policies to tackle issues faced by the Company.
- Be a guidance on the application of HR policies, procedures and standards.
- Work closely with the HR Shared Service team to drive continual efforts to improve the HR delivery services.
- Conduct new employee induction program
- Conduct employee satisfaction survey and exit interview to improve existing welfare
- Work closely with People Development team to improve the competency of the employees and especially the development of skills and mindsets of the Managers.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and propose innovative ideas to attract and retain talents.
- Be an effective Employee Champion; leading and sustaining Employee Engagement activities that enhance the employee experience in Paradise.
- Produce timely accountability reports and provide quality counsel on human resources issues.
- Drive HR projects assigned and act as a key advisor to your management team in the business unit.
Requirements
· Candidates with relevent F&B operations experience will be considered as well.
. Possess minimum a bachelor degree in any discipline.
· Have at least 5 years of HR business partnering experience in a service industry and in food and beverages is an advantage.
· Assertive and confident in your delivery and execution of radical HR solutions.
· Able to work in a fast paced environment, committed and to flexible work hours.
· Have unbelievable passion, perseverance to overcome teething issues
· Have practical management of people issues, especially for rank and file level.
· Good skills and knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines – talent acquisition (both rank and file), employee retention, employee relations, disciplinary and grievances, compensation practices and managing diversity.
