Responsibilities

• Solicit and maintain favourable contact with potential and current clients; build and maintain good customer relations.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to target key prospective accounts and monitor sales programmes activities; as well as manage clients in the region in accordance with the Group’s business strategies.
• Collaborate with other internal departments (finance, operations, product, HR) where necessary to resolve other client-related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering or related field.
• With at least 2-3 years’ sales experience in semiconductor equipment.

Duties of HR Operations Executive:

• Supporting daily HR functions
• Managing and maintaining employee data in the HR system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
• Provide support in orientation and any other company event
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
