Job Responsibilities
• Provide full spectrum of recruitment support
• Proactively liaise with department managers on their resource requirements
• Prepare recruitment advertisement, arranging and preparing of interviews, creating and maintaining the resume database
• Posting of job advertisements at various job portals
• Provide support in the processing and full administration of work pass applications and coordinating and accommodation arrangement, if any.
• Compile all documents according to new hire check list
• Conduct screening, interviewing and selection assessments
• Provide timely feedback on sourcing status and proactively provide recommendations to resolve barriers and challenges encountered
• Compile and update job descriptions, and conduct staff orientation program
• Work closely with HR team in ensuring that HR and employee information are provided timely and accurately
• Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
• Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system
• Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement
• Participate in company events management
• Provide accurate HR reports on a timely basis
• Support in all ad-hoc HR projects as required
