Role & Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for all open job positions, utilizing various channels (recruitment websites, referrals, on-site interviews, etc.).
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates, while managing the interview scheduling process.
• Source and conduct interviews with candidates, presenting qualified individuals to hiring managers.
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment needs, market trends, and expectations to align on hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the HR system.
• Ensure recruitment practices and candidate sourcing procedures comply with local employment regulations and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate/department experience.
• Oversee staff welfare, benefits, and engagement programs, including organizing staff events, birthdays, and work anniversaries.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, from account setup and documentation to delivering training on HR modules.
• Ensure smooth offboarding by conducting exit interviews and completing exit clearances in a timely manner.
• Handle travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal communications, HR policies, and processes.
• Assist with IT-related issues as a backup support role.
• Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
The Talent
· Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 1-2 years of HR experience
· No relevant experience are welcome to apply
· Experience in recruitment will be advantage
· High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information
· Resourceful and possess an analytical mind
· Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with different level of staff
· Proactive in problem-solving and willing to take ownership
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Independent, self-confident, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
· Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
