Requirements:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in HR and administrative roles, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees across all levels.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail, and proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Job Description :

• Handle PAYROLL and related payroll administration
• Do HR Search for staffing issues. Duties also include onboarding and offboarding
• Able to update HR policies in line with Govt MOM policies for our Group of Companies
• Prepare employment contracts (Local/Foreign/Re-employment etc)
• Able to report employees attendance
• Maintain accurate records in HR system and employees' personal file
• Able to handle independently Employee HR issues (including staff insurance)
• Administer of work pass applications (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)Provide general administrative support
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related HR/Admin experience
• Discreet in handling confidential issues
