Manage planning process to execute our strategy and drive performance management:

Drive change initiatives and transformation in Finance:

• Strongly exhibit Rio Tinto’s value for continuous improvement and excellence, optimising FBP practices that contribute to Commercial’s success.
• Own and drive the process improvement and automation roadmap across Commercial Finance, incorporating AI and playing a key role in embedding the Finance uplift journey.
• Identify and champion efficiency gains and performance improvements to significantly reduce manual monthly processes.
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business environment to provide advice to the business and improve processes and performance.
• Develop finance capability within the business: Work with Group through the delivery of the modern ERP delivery to ensure fit for purpose systems, processes, KPIs, reporting, planning and forecasting.
• Manage and develop Finance Business Partners across different levels of experience from junior finance advisors to manager-level FBPs

Oversee Commercial assurance program:

• Accountability and oversight over the Commercial Assurance Program (Sarbanes-Oxley) across all Commercial covering the Group’s full revenue line across all commodities.
• Direct the advisory to the business on control design effectiveness, risk assessment and end to end process control framework.
• Drive and enable the delivery of process improvements incorporating best practice SOX controls including automated IT controls.
• Partner with Commercial Risk, identifying risks for new initiatives (e.g. trading, partnerships and other customer initiatives).

About you

1. Partner Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Community Care Partners to understand Partner’s needs and aspiration.
• Be the primary point of contact and resource person to support Partners to navigate policies, schemes, and regulations in their provision of community care services (e.g. Centre-based Care, Home Care and/or Nursing Home).
