Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Meet with new or existing clients and provide sensible solutions to address HR issues.
• Advice clients on matters relating to HR & Payroll in accordance to Employment Act and other Singapore laws.
• Develop or assist in the development of Employee Handbook, HR Templates, Policies and Procedures for clients.
• Prepare payroll for clients.
• Manage CPF and tax filing such as IR8A and IR21.
• Post and monitor job advertisements.
• Convert candidate resumes to company format.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Research on organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Assist in finding and developing new markets and clients.
• Prepare or assist in preparing proposals for clients.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1 year of experience in HR or Payroll function
• Fresh graduate who is willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Intermediate/advanced MS Word skills and basic Excel skills are highly valued.
• Past experience using HR & Payroll software such as Employment Hero, and Info-tech, etc. is highly valued.

HR & Admin Executive Position

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and Admin functions. The candidate will be responsible for HR administration as well as assisting the Director with day-to-day activities. In this role, the candidate should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. The candidate should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.

Job Descriptions

Human Resources

• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Manage employee records and assist with new hire onboarding
• Update employee information in the HR system
• Coordinate and organise employee training sessions and maintain training records
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Generate HR review reports and facilitate HR reviews
• Plan for employees' career progression in consultation with Management
• Monitor and manage employee time off requests, sick leave, vacation, and personal day offs
• Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters

Administration

• Work with Admin teammates on various training- and admin-related duties
• Provide on-site support during training
• Assist Admin & Office Manager in upkeep of office & training areas
• Maintain documents and files from day-to-day operations
• Ensure records are archived securely
• Work with various teams to ensure seamless front-back and back-end operations
• Assist with enquiries from general public
• Work on tasks that relate to external partners and parties

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Executive, Admin Executive or similar role
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of office procedures and billing
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive (experience in CRM will be an advantage)
