The position

As a P&O Manager, your main role is to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s HR strategies, policies, and processes while providing support to employees and managers on various operational and administrative HR matters.

• P&O Policies and Processes: Developing, optimizing, maintaining, and communicating P&O policies, and serving as the point of contact for HRBPs, managers, and employees on local processes, policies, and P&O legal matters.
• Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits): Benchmarking and preparing job offer, support annual salary regulation and bonus performance evaluations.
• Mobility: Managing processes and policies for Mobility and Virtual Working Options (VWO), initiating and supporting vendors for International Local Hires (ILH) and case handling, while serving as the local point of contact for external and internal stakeholders related to mobility.
• Operational Support: Provide P&O operational support across business units in Singapore and support regional-level projects. Responsibilities also include handling monthly payroll, managing controls, conducting audits, and collaborating with Finance on workforce budgets.
• Data Analytics and Governance: Maintaining records, systems, and databases, while supporting the organisation with analytics for data-driven decisions, including locally implemented tools like the Diversity Dashboard, onboarding/offboarding surveys, Organisational Development Plan (ODP) data support, and International Operations (IO) Hub reports.
• Health and Safety (H&S): Provides guidance, support, and competence development activities within H&S governance, while maintaining H&S policies, management systems, and associated review processes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational company.
• Extensive experience in HR operations and/or employee relations.
• A solution-focused, open-minded approach to challenges.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and local labor law, with excellent communication skills (fluency in English is essential).
• Singapore Citizenship/Permanent Residency is a must.

As a HR Cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Apply work permit
• Simple admin duties such as data entry, scanning and filing of documents
• Manage HR Tasks: Handle payroll, CPF, IRAS, and CCL NS claim submissions.
• Recruitment: Create job ads, review resumes, and arrange interviews.
• Daily Operations: Ensure smooth processes for contracts, employee confirmations, terminations, leave management, insurance claims, and onboarding.

• Responsible for full sets of accounts. • Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports. • Responsible for complex balance sheets, P&L statements and management reporting. • Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis. • Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules. • Provide monthly detailed variance analysis for both balance sheet and profit and loss items, supporting management reporting. • Manage vendor and customer invoicing and payment processing. • Handle bank reconciliations and cash management. • Assist with financial, tax filing processes and tax audits. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, planning and analysis, internal policies procedures. • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

The successful incumbent who will be part of a global process delivery team, will be managing high volume HR processes by ensuring accuracy, efficiency & compliance of global HR data & processes using Workday. The incumbent will play a part in all employee lifecycle events which includes processing requests via ServiceNow. In addition to conducting regular audits of HR data & transactional processes, you will be involved in process improvements to improve the efficiency of the team.

• Degree with min 1 year OR diploma with 5 years experience in HR operations or its equivalent
