This position provides critical support to the Total Rewards team to ensure smooth processing and administering of Ralph Lauren’s Total Rewards programs & initiatives in Singapore & Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs for Singapore and Malaysia
• Handle payroll processes for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
• Work with payroll vendor, regional and business partners to process monthly payroll, statutory claims, pension administration, foreign employee tax clearance and annual tax filing
• Responsible for sales commission calculations and incentive consolidation for eligible employees
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks specific to Singapore and Malaysia
• Support market research and salary surveys to help benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards in both countries

• Handle work pass applications and renewals in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Coordinate with insurance agents to manage employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Oversee MOM-related matters, including surveys and other HR administrative requirements.
• Address additional ad-hoc HR and office management tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dual Finance and HR role.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with international teams.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee exit management, performance management, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support monthly payroll processing, including attendance checking and overtime processing.
• Source and administer training needs, including sourcing, administration, and registration.
• Perform HR administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other documentation.

Job scope:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Possesses and conformance with up-to-date technical knowledge of auditing, IT, and accounting.
• Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.
• Actively impart technical skills to team members through on-the-job training (OJT), constantly check on the team's performance and try to resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.
• Ensure that auditing functions are completed in a professional manner and on the given time.
• Collaborate and communicate with the respective partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for any legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during an audit engagement.
• Conduct internal training for assurance and other departments on SSA, SSQM and FRS when required.

Requirements

• Must possess a Practice Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority).
• Must hold the Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) designation and be a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
• Proven track record in auditing Singapore-incorporated companies, demonstrating deep knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• The ability to sign an audit report is required for this position.
