• Willing to go above and beyond, embracing challenges and flexible working hours as part of a dynamic team.
• International work experience, with a track record of building and scaling teams in Southeast Asia or other global regions.
• Familiarity with recruitment strategies and labor markets in multiple countries.
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to act quickly and decisively.
• Clear thinking and excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Understanding of financial operations and budgets is a plus but not mandatory.

Our client is an European MNC, leading player in telecommunications industry. They are looking for a Human Resource Manager to assist their HR team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central - easily accessible.

Duties of Human Resource Manager:

• Plan and manage manpower requirements across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Monitor and report on resource activities, addressing deviations from plans and taking corrective action.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions and oversee the creation of new roles in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Stay updated on HR manpower planning techniques, recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Develop and oversee performance management frameworks to drive employee engagement and growth.
• Implement process improvements across the employee lifecycle and drive leadership development programs.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in relevant discipline.
• Proven track record in company's HR improvement process.
• Min 10 years of HR experience, with 6 years in HR Management level.
