• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a human resources or HR-related role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position preferable in Retail/Service Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for reports/ data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for policies and internal communication).
• Knowledge of Labor Laws: Strong understanding of local Employment Act, and compliance requirements, such as anti-discrimination, Tafep guidelines, and other HR-related legalities.
• Ability to identify challenges or HR-related issues, analyse root causes, and propose solutions, especially in areas like performance, employee relations, and retention.
• Mature with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Job Description :

• Handle PAYROLL and related payroll administration
• Do HR Search for staffing issues. Duties also include onboarding and offboarding
• Able to update HR policies in line with Govt MOM policies for our Group of Companies
• Prepare employment contracts (Local/Foreign/Re-employment etc)
• Able to report employees attendance
• Maintain accurate records in HR system and employees' personal file
• Able to handle independently Employee HR issues (including staff insurance)
• Administer of work pass applications (new application, renewal, cancellation, etc)Provide general administrative support
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related HR/Admin experience
• Discreet in handling confidential issues
