• Act as the primary quality liaison with clients and consultants, updating them on QA/QC matters and addressing quality concerns directly related to CONQUAS scoring.
• Prepare quality and assessment reports, including checklists and summaries that reflect compliance with CONQUAS scoring standards, inspection records, and non-conformance resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, including BCA CONQUAS documentation, material certificates, inspection logs, and testing results.
• In-depth knowledge of BCA’s CONQUAS standards, especially in structural, architectural, and M&E works criteria, assessment scoring, and inspection guidelines
• Train the construction team on CONQUAS requirements, quality assessment protocols, and best practices to enhance work quality and scoring.
• Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives that reflect CONQUAS requirements, addressing observed quality gaps with updates to procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction industry, with added experience in managing Quality Marks assessment processes or certifications a significant advantage
