BIM Modeller
Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
-Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings
-Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers/coordination with client’s
-Communicate effectively and work closely with the design team members of individual’s Project management
-Responsible for receiving, registering, filling and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section
-Develop computer generated drawing, details, plans, schedules and data sheets
-Perform other related work duties as assigned by reported supervisor
Requirements:
-Must be born Singaporean
-ITE or Diploma Holder
-Must have experience in Autocad, Revit MEP Design & 3D, able to draw BIM.
-Able to draw for model for M&E services
-Knowledge of Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System
-Able to work independently and assist Project Manager
