• Represent regional needs to the Global Talent Development team and identify, create and implement complementary regional solutions where required.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives. Regularly report on key talent metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Drive activities associated with the Performance Management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, calibration, development planning, year-end reviews.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams to prioritize critical open roles and active movement of high potential internal talent into open roles.

- Provide service to all customers
- Preparation work of Hall opening and closing operation hours
- Maintain quality, service & cleanliness at all times
- Assist other positions when required

Job Description:

• Manage a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works.
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Interface or M&E planning, coordination with consultants, and document control, such as monitoring sample submission and approval status of drawings.
• Coordinate, organize, and prepare construction and interfacing/M&E documents and drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of any technical/site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on-site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's work and ensure the work is on schedule.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience as an M&E Manager in large-scale projects.
