JOB DESCRIPTION

•Responsible in scaling our products and offerings to public agencies and officers

•Manage incidents that stakeholders face with the digital learning platforms by tracking, identifying, and resolving issues independently or cross-functionally

•Develop and facilitate training workshops for stakeholders to adopt organization’s digital learning products

•Participate in user application tests (UATs) to ensure optimal user experience for product release updates and defect resolutions

•Monitor and analyse tenants’ usage of the digital learning platform to recommend content curation and updates

•Support change management and engagement efforts

•Support any other administrative and operational duties such as contract administration, billing, processing of invoices

WORKING HOURS

• 5 days’ work week
• Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm
• Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital learning solutions in a customer-facing setting

•Strong interest and aptitude in digital learning platforms, approaches to digital learning at the workplace, user experience design and other forms of technology-enhanced learning

•Experienced in doing change management for projects and comfortable with facilitating engagement sessions

•Basic understanding of data analytics, digital measurement and optimisation would be helpful

•Positive attitude, proactive and customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines and pressure

•Able to anticipate potential problems and know when to escalate issues for timely resolution

• Working days: 5.5 days (One and half day off weekly; Five weekends with 7 off day)

Job scope:

• Oversee stores (Takashimaya & Paragon) when the Boutique Manager is off duty
• Assistance to Boutique Manager in all the duties (sales & budget, retail operations & administration, Customer Service, Merchandising & Promotions, and Staff)
• Proper execution of paperwork for all stores. Accuracy of all receipts
• Maintain good customer relationship and regular update of products to customers.
• Ensure good housekeeping of stores

Design Manager

Job Description:

As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supervising junior designers, ensuring the highest standards of creativity and quality are maintained. You will collaborate closely with the top management, interior designers, other related teams to provide creative direction, solutions, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will encompass both project management and design leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Direction and Presentation:

• Provide design guidance, creative direction, and innovative proposal to meet client requirements.
• Present and effectively communicate design intent during client pitches and project discussions.

Client Management:

• Efficiently handle multiple projects concurrently, overseeing them from start to finish, including sales, design, and execution phases.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.

Design Implementation

• Conceptual design for pitching projects, including mood board, rendering.
• Translate design concepts into detailed plans, ensuring that aesthetic intent aligns with technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with design principal, and clients, qualified Persons and vendors to refine and finalize design details.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers to ensure the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the interior design.
• Produce comprehensive construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, with a focus on precision and clarity.

Building Management Submissions:Prepare and submit drawing package required for approvals

• from building management.
• Coordinate with QP for submission to relevant authorities.
• Manage the submission process, tracking progress, and ensuring timely approvals.

Project Design Coordination:

• Coordinate with project teams to integrate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design elements seamlessly.
• Coordinate with procurement team to select feasible materials for design implementation.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders from project initiation to completion, offering design expertise and insights.
• Attend adhoc meetings related to design and project matters, including client meetings, project meetings, and site visits.
• Monitor the implementation of design intent on-site and provide guidance or recommend design changes as necessary.

As-Built Submissions:

• Ensure that all design changes and solutions are seamlessly integrated into project documentation.
• Oversee the creation of accurate as-built drawings, reflecting the final state of the project post-construction.
• Ensure that as-built submissions are complete and comply with relevant industry standards.

Requirements:

• A recognized Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in a range of design-related software, including Hand Sketch, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and similar tools.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial design, showcasing strong technical knowledge in areas such as shop drawings, site surveys, and detail drawings.
• Experience in managing projects from start to finish, encompassing sales, design, and execution.
• Willing to travel overseas

Job Description:

The Executive/ Senior Executive, Business Process IT Strategy and Innovation (BPIT) supports the organisation in Business Process Info. Tech. and Strategy & Innovation at the regional level.

This person will be support in the digitalisation progress across the organisation by driving and implementing a robust IT infrastructure to support the Company’s expansion. He/she is expected to manage the transition from the current to the new infrastructure end to end while performing preventive and corrective IT works as and when required.
