Assist Finance & HR Manager in Full spectrum of HR and admin matters:

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee personal files records
• Maintain leave records
• Check and compute monthly timesheets
• Prepare relevant reports to accompany payroll

Responsibilities:

1. Based on the business objectives of the HR Operation team, develop a system strategy plan and implementation roadmap；
2. Develop or review system project management plans, supervise project progress status and identify risks, ensure that HR Operation system projects are successfully delivered;
3. Cooperate with Global Operation Improvement process experts and front-line operation teams to analyze business requirements and evaluate system solutions, ensure that the HR Operation system project is launched, and accepted by front-line operation colleagues;
4. • Work closing with hiring manager to understand requirement
