Manage daily operation of the Customer Service Dept to fulfill customers' requirements.

Works on strategy and measures to promote and increase company sales.

Solve issues to make sure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods and services to customers.

Coordinate with internal depts to manage item stock and prices.

Train and mentor the customer service team to handle customer orders and enquiries with high service standards.

Monitor the team performance and work on improvement and team building.

Communicate with customers, vendors, and related partners in daily business operations.

Work closely with other Dept to increase company sales.

Prepare and report monthly summary of Depart performance.

To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management.

Job Requirement

At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service Manager position.

Ability to define and solve problems, establish facts, analyze situations, and make decisions.

Good communication skills, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Able to interact with and lead employees from different levels.

Hands-on mentality and can prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of ERP/NAV systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage frontline counter tasks - Assist patients/customers, handle billing and cashiering, answer calls, address inquiries, manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and follow up.
• Monitor all tests/investigations ordered for patients.
• Administer patient admission to hospital or day surgery center, including communication with insurance companies, hospitals, and day surgery centers.
• Support doctors in ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Perform splint making (training provided).

Requirements:

• GCE "N" / "O" Level with prior clinic assistant experience preferred.
• Training provided.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.
• Proactive, capable of multitasking, eager to learn on the job, quick learner.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Champion the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) policies to ensure compliance in the operation of fleet vessels. Provide timely reports to the Corporate Compliance Manager (CCM) and Designated Person Ashore (DPA) on any non-compliance issues regarding environmental measures and marine protection requirements.

• Collaborate with the Director of HR & Crew to oversee the comprehensive HR infrastructure and assets of the Executive Group. Coordinate with team leaders to maintain and optimize all assets in alignment with legal and regulatory standards.

• Engage with HR teams and Department Heads across the organization to enhance the delivery of HR functions and services.

• Support the Director of HR & Crew in managing the Human Resource Management of shore staff for the ESM Group. Develop and implement HR strategies, including defining departmental responsibilities, recruitment, training, records management, succession planning, employee relations, and retention efforts.

• Collaborate with Department Heads to assess training needs for all roles and devise plans for compliance and performance enhancement.

• Aid the Director of HR & Crew in formulating and monitoring HR budgets covering key areas such as Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Training, Events, Travel, and Employee Welfare.

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements across all offices under the guidance of the Director of HR.

• Foster a performance-driven culture by conducting evaluations in line with company policy. Review and recommend annual adjustments to awards, wage structures, and welfare benefits.

• Support the Director of HR & Crew in implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across the ESM Group of companies to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimally a Diploma or Degree – Preferably in Human Resource
• At least 4 or 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource
• Good administrative, planning and implementation skills
• Good English writing skills
• Computer literacy is a must
