Job Responsibilities:

• General nursing duties – dispensing medications, basic blood taking skills, injection.
• Assist doctor during procedures.
• Front desk duties such as answering patient enquiries, financial counselling, and cashiering.
• Phlebotomy
• Manage the clinic and supervise junior employees.
• Inventory management / drug orders
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.

Responsibilities:

• Professional Certificate in Nitec/Diploma/Degree
• At least 2 years above experience in the related field

Job Description

• Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended.
• Manage guests/customers queries, requests, feedback.Answer phone an email inquiry from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc.
• Anticipate guests needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
• Running errands to assist guests/ customers.
• Handle promotion for events, vouchers claims etc.
• Record incident reports and assist in follow up actions.
• Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are always clean and tidy.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent and must be able to multi-task.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices and well-versed in MS Office (SG EXPERIENCE)
• Able to work underpressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment.
