• Normal Banking (mon to fri, 9am to 4.30pm) (Sat 9am to 11.30am), work 5.5 days/week
• Deferred (mon to fri, 10.30am to 7pm) (Sat 10.30am to 1.30pm), work 5.5 days/week
• Sunday Banking (mon to sun, 10.30am to 7pm), work any 6 days/week

Salary:

• $11/hr

Import Coordinator (Air Freight)

Job Scope:

• Ensure accurate and timely input of shipment information into system.
• Liaise with both sales support and sales team to ensure service quality to clients.
• Anticipate problems and take proactive actions to ensure smooth delivery, optimize value and proactively minimize demurrage.
• To monitor own performance and upkeep of individual KPI / KRA.
• Resolve and rectify any failure in system process and operational issues, if not escalation to superior.
• Align and support corporate’s direction and policies and inclined to BPO’s approach for standardization of process and increase Productivity and KPI.
• Accrual all costs in the system and book in vendors' invoices.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader and department manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'O Level and above with 1 year working experience in Air Freight will be advantage.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office preferred
