Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Ensure office equipment and systems are functioning properly, arranging for repairs or maintenance when necessary.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2year+ related working experience
• Proven experience in office administration and accounting roles, preferably in a startup or small business setting.
• Experience in the CRM andAccounting software(quickbook), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role supports the Singapore HR team to ensure the smooth operation of daily HR functions within a manufacturing environment. This includes overseeing onboarding processes, processing work passes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Job Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for Direct Labor and Material Handler recruitment, including participating in interviews and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding administration and deliver the new hire orientation program.
• Apply for and renew work passes promptly to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process routine and confidential employment-related transactions, such as data entry for new hires/changes.
• Administer and execute human resource programs, including disciplinary actions, performance and talent management, employee recognition, and training initiatives.
• Oversee the planning, content creation and publish the bi-monthly e-newsletter.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Associates to manage and support a range of human resources and administrative tasks. HR Administration:

Office Administration:

Compliance & Reporting:

Skills & Qualifications:

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the HR & Operational Manager
• Manage and perform all functions and aspects of HR with focus on the day-to-day administrative duties, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, and the Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees
