Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive, Temp (1 Year), to support our internal HR team in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to HRBPs, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and activities.
• Manage and maintain employee personnel files (P-files), ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
• Assist with HR projects, supporting initiatives aimed at improving HR practices, employee engagement, and business alignment.
• Coordinate HR activities, including employee inquiries, benefits administration, and documentation preparation.

Qualifications:
