HR and ADMIN OFFICER
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience in HR management, including employee relations, policy development, and benefits administration.
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
JOB DETAILS:
· Organize and manage employee events such as birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, townhall meetings, and team-building activities.
· Develop and implement the Employee Recognition Program and coordinate Staff Development Day.
· Handle grievance and incident management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
· Oversee employee wellness initiatives and coaching and mentoring programs.
· Develop, update, and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
· Manage recordkeeping, documentation, and compliance audits.
· Administer benefits and compensation programs, including payroll and work pass applications.
· Prepare annual performance reports and manage reports preparation.
· Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met.
· Protect employee privacy and data, and handle employee relations and dispute resolution.
