Human Resource Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll regularly
• To ensure compliance of Employment Act and taxation policy.
• Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
• Manage work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc.
• Responsible for application, renewal and maintaining licensing with various government bodies

· Prepare consolidation and entity level management report for monthly, quarterly, and yearly group reporting

• Responsible for monthly CPF contributions, tax clearance/ annual tax filing by working closely with Accountant during annual audit process.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system

· Quarterly GST submission and assist in preparation of annually corporate tax submission

· Long and short-term cash flow projection and monitoring

• Prepare invoicing, debit and credit notes, payments, issuance of cheques/ TT and e-filing duties, bank reconciliation, cashflow statements.

· Prepare letters and emails to remind customers of due payments

· Expenditure variance analysis and monitoring

· Liaison with external auditors pertaining to statutory audit

· Liaison with tax agent on company taxation matters

· Liaise with company secretary, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties pertaining to finance and account related matters

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Familiar to MOM rules & regulations is a preferred.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive who will also serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will managing core HR functions and providing strategic HR support to business units. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and partnering with leadership to drive operational and workforce excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Lead recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, recruitment drives, social media platform to attract F&B talent.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and register employees with certification platforms (e.g., BFHC).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely staffing.

2. HR Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and outlet leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitor manpower deployment and optimize staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Support change management initiatives, such as operations restructuring, by coaching and training teams.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on talent management and organizational development.

3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Ensure timely and accurate updates for salary adjustments, allowances, OT rates, and other payments.
• Manage confirmation, promotion, and appraisal exercise reviews, including documentation and approvals.
• Handle WICA claims, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Support incentive and recognition programs to drive employee performance and engagement.

4. Employee Relations

• Serve as the main point of contact for employee grievances, inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct staff engagement activities to improve morale and build a positive work environment.
• Manage disciplinary actions, including warnings, terminations, and dismissals, in compliance with company policies.
• Visit outlets regularly to engage with staff and address operational HR needs.

5. HR Administration

• Maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Prepare and submit daily recruitment and operational HR reports to stakeholders.
• Manage leave records and staff listings for internal and IT use.
• Draft and communicate memos, policy updates, and other HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain personnel files (P-files).

6. Training & Development

• Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure readiness for new hires to succeed in their roles.
• Deliver training programs aligned with business needs when necessary.

7. Event Management

• Plan, organize and coordinate key events such employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on events to reinforce organizational culture and values.

8. Ad Hoc Duties

• In charge of passes application and renewal for Changi Airport and Sentosa outlets.
• Participate in recruitment fairs, job fairs, and other outreach activities.
• Provide HR support for projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head of HR.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of HR experience, with prior exposure to HR Business Partnering preferred.
• Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g.,StaffAny, Infotech) and employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including basic pay, allowance, overtime and deductions for employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all statutory requirements such as CPF, income tax, and other relevant payroll-related obligations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, and enrollment processes to ensure optimal offerings and effective communication, such as insurance, contract, incentive bonus.
• Manage work attendance system and application of Governmental related claims.
• Prepare payroll and work attendance related report.
• Collaborate with Finance to budget for compensation and benefits expenses.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll-related laws, regulations, and practices.
• Other ad hoc tasks.

Required skills / abilities:

• Strong working knowledge of payroll processing and administration.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore's labour laws, CPF, tax regulations, and payroll standards is essential.
• Strong communication skills to resolve employee queries and collaborate with HR, finance, and other teams.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Independent team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge in Financial Accounting an added advantage.
• SAP experience preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in payroll or accounting.
• Working knowledge of payroll operations and basic accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
