About the Role
As a HR Generalist, you will play a key role in driving and overseeing various aspects of people and culture management to enhance productivity and ensure effective HR service delivery. Reporting to the Director – Head of HR, this dynamic role offers the opportunity to engage in HR initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment and maintaining job descriptions.
• Support performance management processes and HR process improvements.
• Contribute to employee engagement and HR operations.
• Foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Enhance employer branding and participate in campus recruitment and events.
• Work on special projects and/or any other tasks as and when assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
· 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
· Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Familiarity with HR systems and Singapore employment laws.
