Responsibilities

• Ensure matching procedure is in place for payments processing purposes

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct job interviews, and make hiring recommendations
• Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate training and development initiatives, including orientation programs, skills development workshops, and leadership training
• Identify training needs and priorities based on organizational goals, employee feedback, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and keep abreast of changes and updates in HR-related legislation
• Prepare HR reports and analytics on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction, to inform decision-making and strategy development
• Conduct career advisory workshops/seminars to help job seekers understand the job market better

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end to end recruitment including onboarding process, and confirmation;

ERP top-up (twice a month), process medical claims, disciplinary matters;

Files and maintain all records via written and electronic formats are up-to-date;
Work pass application and cancellation, insurances, maintaining P-File and HR matters;

Maintain HR Benefits and Compensation matters, Training and Development and HR processes
Any others daily ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

1. Bilingual in Mandarin & English & can start IMMEDIATE (an advantage)

2. With Good working attitudes. At least Diploma in related fields;

5.Full HR spectrum - Hands-on & Experience in HRMS Payroll softwares (Times Payroll Software, Info-Tech, Easy-Pay, QuickHR, etc )

6. Working hours : Mon-Fri : 8:30 to 5:30pm,

Sat 8:30 to 12:30 noon (with Alternate sat)
