Duties of Regional HR Operations Manager:

• Oversee HR systems and Compensation & Benefits operations across 7 Southeast Asian markets, ensuring policy compliance and driving People Experience (PX) projects and initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to regional and in-country leaders on employment matters, including performance management, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and reporting.
• Facilitate the Annual Performance and Remuneration review by coordinating closely with PX teams at local, regional, and global levels.
• Manage employee data across HR systems, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance, using SuccessFactors.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and provide guidance on policy updates across the region.
• Work with regional and global PX teams to enhance employee experiences through targeted projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field
• 6 years of relevent experience with regional exposure
• Experience with Successfactor
