As part of this position, you will be involved in a comprehensive range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, policy review, performance management, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities

• Assist in employee payroll processing
• Assist in recruitment process, including screening resume, conducting preliminary telephone interview and interview arrangement
• Apply work passes for foreign workers including renewal and cancellation
• Prepare employment contracts and letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion
• Assist in CPF submission and preparation of tax submission and clearance
• Maintain employee database and update employee leave and entitlement records
