Job Description

1. Assist in providing payroll support and advice to the Singapore-based businesses.

This is a newly created role who will report to the Senior HR Manager. Supporting the Singapore office, you will:

• Oversee and focus on areas including talent acquisition, performance management, budget and workforce planning, talent management and HR policy
• Manage key stakeholders across various business units to drive HR strategies
• Drive, implement and improve HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
• Support other HR initiatives and regional projects

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ of HR experience
