- Manage a comprehensive range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, and compensation & benefits.
- Collaborate with business units to provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Utilize technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
- Support compensation reviews and annual salary/bonus processes.
- Drive initiatives that promote a high-performance culture within the organization.
- Lead and support various HR projects and initiatives in alignment with the overall HR workplan.
- Assist with payroll audits, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of payroll software systems and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
