Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in HR.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Word.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative HR duties

• Provide support in recruitment processes e.g. posting job ads on job boards, careers pages and social networks; screening resumes and application forms; as well as scheduling interviews with candidates

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

• Organise and file documents

• Payroll computation and submission of CPF contribution

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Maintaining employees' personal file and timely and accurate update of employment database and manage HR documents and filling
• Maintaining and update employee’s personal files, leaves and payroll system.
• Creating and distributing documents
• Preparation and process staffs’ claims and reimbursement.
• Full spectrum of HR function.
• Processing payroll, maintain leaves record and overtime claims record
• Other ad-hoc and administrative support to the department within the group of company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Well-versed with the Employment Act
• Meticulous, detail oriented
• Able to work independently
