About the role
As an HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's human resources and administrative functions. What you'll be doing

• Managing payroll processing for construction site workers, including calculating and processing wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating personnel files
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinating and arranging training and development activities for employees
• Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Handling inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR-related matters

JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS
