About the role
Reporting to the Legal Counsel, the incumbent will be responsible for providing general support for all aspects of legal work which any of the legal counsels may require assistance with from time to time. The incumbent will be expected to have a high degree of professionalism, strong legal ethics, good research abilities and have the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
The incumbent is required to:
· Manage documentations in an orderly manner and ensure proper filing / archiving,
· Locate and retrieve hard copy documents from store,
· Corresponding with law-firms to requests for documents and records,
· Provide administrative support in compiling and proper archiving of legal documents,
· Update records in IP management system,
· Data entry and annex where applicable for legal matters and documentations,
· Process of invoices,
· Basic legal research work
Qualifications & Requirements
· Diploma in any Business, Legal, Administration or equivalent
· Strong correspondence and communication skills
· Team player with good interpersonal skills
· Ability and willingness to learn, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Good excel skills for data-entry
