Job Scope

• Handle full spectrum of HR function
• Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
• Prepare all employment-related documents, eg. employment contact, letter etc
• Support a full spectrum of payroll function including bonus, ad-hoc pay and other allowances on a monthly/ bi-monthly basis. (360 to 380 Headcount)
• Document HR actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
• Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
• Maintaining employee files and HR filing system
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned
• Experience with Payroll software (InfoTech) knowledge is an advantage

Requirements

• Can start work immediate (from 21 March 2024 onwards) (minimum 6 months to 1 Year Contract)
• At least 1 years HR working experience
• Able to work independently
• Computer literate
• Willing to learn
• Able to handle Microsoft office and excel

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $2,800 per month

Job Responsibilities:

· Process financial assistance subsidy applications and recommend the appropriate subsidy and duration of assistance.

· Be familiarised with system interfaces to process the applications.

· Ensure that applications received are completed

· Liaise with stakeholders if more information is required.

· Other additional duties as required by the management.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood / Psychology / Social Work / Social Sciences / Community Development.

· Experience in processing financial assistance schemes will have an advantage for this position.

· Early Childhood background will be preferred.

· IT savvy and comfortable in working with numbers.
