HR Officer - Hybrid work

Key Responsibilities:

• HRIS Management: Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with Singapore labour laws and regulations.
• Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll, including calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement of salaries.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.
• Operations: Perform day to day HR operations matters – new employee onboarding, claims, insurance, payroll related matters, HR policy and handbook updates
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and the offboarding process for departing employees.
• Employee Relations: Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
• HR Projects: Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Singapore labour law, HRIS, and payroll.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle) and payroll software.
• Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour laws and regulations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Partner with the department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
• Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for work pass matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Use Info-Tech software to manage HR functions, including e-attendance, leave applications, and claims submissions.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related filed.
• 1-3 years of HR experience including recruitment, preferably in the automotive or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Info-Tech software is required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare written communications in both languages.

• Lead and direct the routine functions of recruitment process -Sourcing, attracting, hiring, and interviewing.

Requirements:

Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities

• Maintain employees’ information, leave records, compensation, health, and medical insurance.
• Updating employees' leave entitlement and details from time to time.
• Generate payroll twice a month for employees using payroll software based on the attendance sheets.
• Responsible for the arrangement of recruitment of employees, handling on-boarding and off-boarding of workers, including interviewing, signing of the contract, and updating of hiring ads.
• Attend to inquiries from employees and resolve MOM/employee-related issues to ensure smooth support from HR.
• Prepare and submit statutory documents such as IRAS, employment-related claims/ submissions of grant application/ license renewal, and tasks assigned.
• Maintain and update the latest HR policies and procedures. Keep up to date on MOM guidelines, webinars from the industry, etc.
• Consistently review, suggest, and update HR policies/ processes/ structures to ensure improvisation of the company HR department together with help of other departments.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in any field.
• A minimum of 1 year of HR working experience is needed
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers.
• Full-Time position. The ability to start immediately is preferred.
• Working Hour(s) in Office: 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday
• Contactable out of working hours for urgent matters on rare occasions.
