Responsibilities

• Assist the team in Covenant Monitoring
• Perform marked-to-market against financial collateral for limit adjustment
• Review simple facility agreement (including sustainability financing) to ensure that credit covenants are correctly input in the loan origination system for verification
• Perform compliance of simple and straightforward covenants for compliance
• Assist in administrative tasks like data entry, retrieval and checking of documents, filing
• Any other duties/projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A level/ Diploma in any field

- Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
- Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company

• Manage office administration including reception, office supplies telecommunication services and IT Assets
• Support in welfare-related events, including company functions, team building activities, etc.
• Assist in booking travel tickets, accommodation and travel insurance for employees.
• Handle Portnet and Digitalport matters, serving as the Point of Contact for MPA-related matters.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Tabulate spreadsheet for staff medical/dental/expenses claims.
• Oversee contracts for office cleaners.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding; administration & IT related matters.
• Application of Travel Visa for employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirement:

• N / O / Diploma in any discipline
• Min. 2 years of administration experience, able to handle reception a plus
• Team player, good communication skills
• Able to start work immediately / short notice
