We are looking for motivated and affable individuals who can work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
o Attend to walk-in customers and incoming phone enquiries
o Provide course consultation and ensure proper follow-up
o Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and filing
o Processing of new student registration and payment
o Provide administrative support to teachers, such as preparation of materials for classes
o Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary
Requirements:
o Minimum A level graduate
o No experience required
o Able to work independently
o Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
o Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking associates)
o Proficient in MS Word and Excel
o Work location : Sengkang, Punggol, Yishun, Admiralty, Yewtee, Simei, Tampines, Parkway Parade, Jurong, Bukit Panjang,
