Responsiblities:

• Coordinating interviews, arranging preemployment medical examinations and onboarding new hires.
• Prepare induction materials and ensure proper documentation for new employees.
• Source, register & coordinate employee training courses including payments & maintain training records.
• Maintain and update employee leave records.
• Manage medical bills (approved clinics and input medical claim details into the HR system)
• Schedule and monitor six-monthly medical examinations.
• Manage inventory for stationery and first aid items, ordering replenishments as needed.
• Liaise with vendors for uniforms/safety shoes, including distribution to employees
• Oversee maintenance office equipment such as photocopiers to ensure accurate billing of meter readings.
• Manage telco billing for company landlines and corporate mobile lines.
• Record and track incoming and outgoing slow mail.
• Conduct housing inspections and prepare reports.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and other communications, ensuring timely responses or redirection.
• Prepare monthly reports for office supplies, uniform and safety shoe inventory, medical claims etc.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ttention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports.
