Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Salary:

General Responsibilities:

• Assist educators in preparation of learning materials for lessons and other related activities. If needed, assist in procurement of materials.
• Organise and oversee inventories, ensuring items / equipment are well replenished

• Assist in science-related activities, eg. experiments, recycling programmes, CCAs, enrichment classes etc.

• Extensive experience in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and service provider contract management would be highly advantageous
• Proficient in design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design
• Able to communicate effectively, establish priorities and multi-tasking
