Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Description:
· Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
· Prepare and submit payment requisitions for corporate travel and office related expenses.
· Management of invoices including checking and submission for approval
· Arrangement of couriers and mails local and overseas, including packing and coordination.
· Assist on (flights, hotel reservation, visas, claims, etc)
· Greet and register visitors professionally (assist guest on Access card, mobile, safety gear, Computer/IT support etc)
· Organize maintenance for office equipment and service contract management (company accommodation, copier, aircon, door access, company phones, fire extinguishers, etc)
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Admin Manager & Deputy Business Manager.
· Manage company vehicle & driver.
· Daily arrangement of project vehicles.
· Perform transportation duties for all staff of the project/visitor as required.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Business Admin or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant admin experience & class 3A license
