Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or similar discipline

Work Experience Requirements

• Hands-on experience in HR Operations or HR Business Partnering
• Passionate in the development of others
• Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Self-starter at tasks and resourceful
• See technology and data as daily work enhancers
• An overall collaborative, people-oriented team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• Keen interest in Talent Aquisition HR
• 1 to 1 mentorship
