Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of projects assigned.
• Proficient in the understanding of MEP/ construction drawings.
• Supervising/ monitoring of sub-contractors work and ensuring safety practices are followed.
• Discuss with PM/HOD for site problems and technical difficulties.
• Liaise with affiliated parties for smooth execution of work on site.
• Material tracking to ensure sufficient materials are readily available for installation.
• To carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment deployed to work site.
• Conduct quality checks of sub-contractor/ vendor works daily.
• Handle site inspection with client/main contractors representatives and updates site installation progress.
• To update drafter on site changes and as-built drawings.
• Arrange and obtain for permit to work before execution of site.
• To ensure all project documentation are properly kept and filed.
• Attend daily toolbox and WSH meeting.
• Carried out assignments as detailed by PM/ HOD.

Requirements

• Preferably NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar capacity under building/ construction/ engineering industry.
• Electrical background preferred.
• Candidate with BCSS (WSQ Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry) is a plus.
