Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator or similar role.

The Assistant Chief Engineer supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining overall maintenance operations of entire Hotel facility, including guest rooms, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, fire protection system, kitchen equipments, emergency power system, sewage system and related equipment in accordance with guest service, preventive maintenance and energy conservation standards and programs. Responsibilities

• Carries out inspection of guest rooms after Preventive Maintenance. Reviews any problems with the Preventive Maintenance team and recheck room/suite before releasing to Housekeeping/Front Office.
• Assists in developing, implement and manage emergency programs for the operation and maintenance of all equipment and physical structures in compliance with corporate standards, local, state and national codes and regulations to protect the asset, guests and associates, to ensure optimum operations, minimize expenses and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department.
• Reports to Chief Engineer, on a regular basis, regarding the specific and overall condition of the building structures, guest areas, service areas, related systems and equipment offering prudent and cost effective proposals for maintaining the same. Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. • Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis
• Identify opportunities within operational practices which influence performance of vessels
• Arrange all routine invoicing and funding for voyage costs, including agency appointments, non- compulsory pilotage and surveyors' attendance
• Check and advise as necessary relevant voyage, cargo and port documentation required by principals for raising demurrage and off-hire claims

Support the Head of Pricing in the pricing of life insurance products.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Develop actuarial pricing model for new or repriced products.
