The role is for regional infrastructure project manager, who needs to cover overall coordination, manage budget and status reporting of assigned projects. The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team that oversees infra projects in the region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regional projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between regional offices, central teams, and external partners.
- Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
Strategic Planning:
- Align regional project goals with the company’s overall objectives.
- Assess market trends and region-specific needs to prioritize initiatives.
- Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Resource Allocation:
- Ensure optimal resource distribution across projects in the region.
- Lead resource planning, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement activities.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure projects adhere to corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Min 8 years of experience in project management, preferably with regional or global exposure.
- Experience in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field (MBA or similar postgraduate degree preferred).
- Proven track record in PM roles, handling complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
