Roles and Responsibilities:

• Registration and dispensing of medications
• Assist doctors in procedures
• Chaperon duties

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing company accounts which related to financial activities and operations.
• Preparing management accounts and reporting pack for the entities.
• Preparing monthly financial statements.
• Review and approve journals.
• Perform variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Perform proper credit control and monitor collection.
• Monitor cashflow activities and preparing cashflow forecast.
• Ensure proper internal controls are in place and perform periodic review on the controls, working closely with other functional departments in the process of improving controls.
• Responsible to ensure the year end audit and tax computation completed within the stipulated time.

What you will be involved in:

Human Resource Interns will be involved in 3 main aspects of HR

1. Recruitment

• Assist in job postings via the various online recruitment job portals
• Drafting of different types of contracts, such as Offer letter
• Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates

2. Retraining

• Recommend the appropriate e-learning courses and/or classroom-based courses to our staff
• Follow up with each staff’s feedback on his/her completed training

3. Retention

• Assist in the administration of staff benefits & schemes
