Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll, government regulated contributions & related surveys
• Prepare appointment, confirmation and all HR related letters
• Maintain medical & leaves records, compensations and other benefits
• Updating and maintaining of staff personal files
• Organizing staff welfare activities and gathering
• Assist to set up all the necessary procedures, guidelines and functions of the HR department
• Any other job duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• At least a GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in HRM or equivalent
• At least with 1-2 year’s working experience in relevant HR
• Familiar with Singapore labor law, HR practices and legislation
• Possess good analytical and organizational skills
• Possess Initiative, keen to learn with a can-do attitude and good teamplayer
• Able to start work within short notice
• Result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and desire to strive continuous improvement

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $3900 - $5000 + Handphone Allowance $50 + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
• Location: Jurong East MRT

Job Scope:

• Define clear project objectives and deliverables to ensure they align with organizational goals
• Lead and coordinate all aspects of project management
• Act as the primary liaison and point of contact for coordinating with the Customer’s Representative
• Assume accountability on behalf of the Contractor for all phases of the system lifecycle, including design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations, and maintenance services
• Coordinate project activities among the Customer, existing vendors, and other relevant parties as directed by the Customer
• Manage changes within project parameters, including scope, resources, and schedule
• Monitor and maintain records of documentation, hardware, and software supplied for system and service delivery
• Prepare and submit progress reports, development plans, and schedules.
• Implement changes within project constraints, such as scope, resources, and schedule adjustments
