Role and Responsibilities

1. Carry out tasks expected and perform duties and responsibilities as Human Resource Executive and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
2. Performs and supports HR practices that process monthly workers’ training, performance, attendance records, local recruitment, and working site arrangements.
3. Prepare training plan, submission of training grant/ subsidies, and update training records and expenses.
4. Collaborates with the HR team on any and all tasks required for maintaining the highest standards of company HR operation and management
5. Perform hours of work as may time to time be required of you and not be entitled to receive any remuneration from work performed outside your normal working hours

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field such as Business Management, or a related discipline is often preferred.
• Knowledge of MOM legislation and regulations, Work Passes, EAs, EFMA, RRA, IRA, CPF, Tax.

Provide recruitment support for all levels of staff including:

• Job advertisement posting;
• Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements;
• Conducting interviews to narrow the number of potential candidates who will be interviewed by the hiring Director;
• Conducting reference checks by verifying employment information and contacting the professional and personal contacts provided by the candidate;
• Schedule interviews for hiring Director via online or face to face.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive.
• People oriented, and results driven.
• Experience in human resources or related fields.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to hands-on, lead and work within team.
• HR competence to oversee, manage, develop, and build proper HR procedures and policies roll-out within the organisation.
• Knowledge and experience in handling Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements is an advantage.
