Location: Toa Payoh
JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly.
2. Support fee collection and cash management and depositing cash/cheque into bank.
3. Coordinate all maintenance issues of the centre with the assigned technicians/companies.
4. Liaise with social worker, social work assistant and make arrangement for initial screening, case conference etc., as and when needed.
5. Prepare and dispatch various letters and memos to clients/caregivers.
6. Provide administrative support to the respective committees of various events, trainings of the centre and children services.
7. Handle the following Office administration matters:
- Organising and maintaining an efficient and effective filing system
- Maintaining inventories and fixed assets
- Maintaining clients’ records in soft and hard copy; and
- Collecting and maintaining monthly statistical records of programmes and activities
- Providing administrative, data entry, operations and procurement support
- Requesting and maintaining office supplies
- Participating in events organised / supported by SPD as when required
- Coordinating training programmes
- Attending and contributing to staff meetings; any other meetings as and when necessary
8. Any other duties assigned as and when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
– At least an ‘O’ Level/’A’ Level/ITE Certification from a recognised educational institution
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Experience or background in social service sector would be advantageous
