Job requirement

· A degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of working experience in the field of HR. Candidates with a graduate diploma, degree or other professional certifications in HR will be advantageous;

· Ability to display good listening skills and to communicate with all levels of employees with empathy;

· In-depth knowledge of Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and HR best practices;

Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• Foster and maintain a positive relationship with the union, liaise with union officials on industrial relations matters, and resolve grievances in line with legal requirements.
• Develop and implement HR and industrial relations policies, guidelines, and practices for the hotel.
• Review employee-related activities to ensure compliance with local legislation, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Network with other hotel HR practitioners to stay aligned on salary administration, compensation, and benefits.

Training:

• Work closely with Department Heads to assess training and development needs, maintaining open communication to improve employee skills, attitudes, and knowledge.
• Monitor training expenses to ensure they stay within budget.
• Prepare monthly and yearly reports on training activities.
• Oversee the maintenance of training records and ensure they are updated regularly.

Welfare:

• Promote a healthy work environment through sports and recreational activities.
• Ensure the maintenance of staff facilities to create a motivating environment.
• Oversee the upkeep of the staff cafeteria and ensure the provision of nutritious meals.
• Ensure all notices are displayed on the staff canteen notice board.
• Assist employees with welfare-related matters.

Performance Management:

What you will be working on

As a member of the Governance & Resource Planning section, you are responsible for devising operational strategies, engaging with external stakeholders on strategic issues, and developing and implementing a robust resource management framework.

In this role, you will:

• Formulate and implement operational strategies that align with organisational goals and engage external stakeholders on critical strategic issues related to healthcare financing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy an effective resource management framework, including processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement necessary legislative and governance structures to support healthcare financing schemes administrated by CPF Board.
• Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional projects that impact the administration and optimisation of healthcare financing schemes.
• Provide secretariat support for relevant committees, including coordination of meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes, and management of various reports, audits, and submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

What we are looking for

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will develop and drive people strategies for Singapore and SEA, covering multiple businesses including TVD, UPI, Networks & DTC and other businesses on site. Strategies

• Partnering with senior leaderships teams to develop key people strategies and objectives for the organization, ensuring that the HR initiatives and programs are clearly aligned with business priorities.
