We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee our ecommerce warehouse fulfilment operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of the ecommerce sector. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely order fulfilment, which is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Job Responsibilites :

· Order Fulfillment: Ensure all ecommerce orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

· Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

· Warehouse Organization: Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout plans and storage systems to optimize space and streamline operations.

· Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s standards before dispatch.

· Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and maintenance of a productive work environment.

· Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.

· Data and Reporting: Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, order status, and other key metrics. Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.

· Customer Service Support: Handle any warehouse-related issues that arise in customer service queries, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly consolidated cash flow reports to support risk assessment of group cash flows.
• Monitor bank service fees and address any quality-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Review banking facilities to ensure they meet requirements and remain competitive in terms of rates.
• Prepare and submit documentation for trade finance and hire purchase applications.
• Handle shipping documents and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Oversee the opening and closing of bank accounts, manage updates to bank signatories, and ensure secure bank token management.
• Prepare and coordinate board resolutions and minutes for finance-related matters.
• Manage foreign exchange (FX) hedging and monitor borrowing rates.
• Ensure banking facilities are adequate to support business expansion needs.
• Collate profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet (BS) analyses to ensure compliance with bank covenants.
• Prepare and submit monthly treasury reports to the Finance Manager.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and treasury management practices.
• Capability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in treasury functions, particularly in cash management and hedging activities.
• Prior experience with foreign exchange (FX) trades.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong quantitative skills, with basic financial modeling experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of investment portfolio strategies, banking operations, and financial instruments.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,400 +VB (2 Months)
• Working Location: Tuas Crescent
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
